The Oakleaf Group is a firmly established organisation dedicated in providing specialist rehabilitation for those with an acquired brain injury.  Care packages are individually designed to meet the needs of the individual in their journey of rehabiliation.

The Oakleaf Group offer a full and complete rehabilitation pathway from initial injury to discharge home in a range of varied envionments.  The spectrum encompasses; active rehabilitation, slow-stream rehabiliation, long term placements and community based rehabilitation to adult males with acquired brain injury and associated complex cognitive impairments and/or physical disabilities.  This enables us to fit the client to right environment.
