The Oakleaf Group is pleased to announce the celebrity opening of “The Cotswolds” our brand new specialist brain injury facility in Duston, Northampton providing long-term, maintenance and complex physical care services for males, complementing the spectrum of services we provide.
The Cotswolds is dived into to two units, Malvern & Worcester and will provide two different services:
“Malvern” provides nursing and personal care for men with a brain injury who have reached their active rehabilitation potential and need a longer-term, specialist community placement. Programmes are designed to help maintain resident’s functional and behavioural progress, whilst focussing on improving their quality of life.
“Worcester” provides nursing and personal care for older men with long-term, complex physical needs as a result of their brain injury. Rooms are fitted with tracking hoists and en-suite wet rooms, making life as comfortable and safe as possible.
Both units contain large lounges and accessible gardens to provide a functional environment with a homely feel. Our experienced staff team are also trained to provide sensitive and skilled end of life care if required.
The Oakleaf Group has developed a framework of service levels and price bands to enable commissioners to demonstrate value for money and reducing care costs as residents make progress in our services. We look forward to showing you our new service.
