The day to day operations of The Oakleaf Group are the responsibility of Chief Executive, Ian Mosley and Clinical Director, Kathy Swannell, who are both supernumerary to the establishment and ensure that the services are able to meet the needs of its clients and operates in full accordance with all regulatory bodies.

A key worker approach to care is implemented to ensure an effective, consistent and accountable care package.  Care staff are given full management support, supervision and direction.  The Oakleaf Group are committed to the training, professional development and educational needs of their staff.

A team of administrative, catering, domestic and maintenance personnel are under instructions from management to meet the services non nursing needs.  Clinical Consultants are in place to provide assessment, implementation and review of specific therapies to include Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Horticulture Therapy. 

With the emphasis on enhancing quality of life and re-integration into the wider community, The Oakleaf Group supplies appropriate transport which allows care staff to facilitate easy transportation.  A flexible approach to staff working hours is adopted which enables the team to offer a generous social programme to clients.
