The Oakleaf Care Group was established in 2004 to offer high quality rehabilitation programmes to male adults (no upper age limit) with acquired brain injury and associated complex physical and cognitive needs. 

All locations were carefully selected as the ideal settings for residents, offering easy access to the local services whilst having the feeling of space and tranquillity enjoyed by its surroundings.
