Cunningham House is a 10 bed unit providing nursing and personal care which will provide placements for clients who require more of a focus on meeting nursing needs, general care and quality of life.  Whilst rehabilitation will be provided in Cunningham House this will focus more on maintaining functional and behavioural levels already achieved by clients.

It is recognised that some clients will benefit from a slower pace of rehabilitation or may require ongoing higher levels of support as age increases and physical health deteriorates.  As part of the philosophy Oakleaf will utilise the Liverpool Care Pathway to meet these sensitive and specific needs.
